We provide our guest with a personal chef service.
Breakfast, lunch or dinner we are available to set up a party in the traditional tuscan country style.
Have fun drinking a glass of local chianti and enjoing a tuscan style barbecue with handmade sausages, pork ribs and other goodies.
Start tasting tuscan pecorino cheese from Pienza, top level cured meats and even more bruschetta.
Last but not least, a delicious dessert, hand made cantuccini with almonds and a glass of handcrafted vinsanto.
On request we shall also personalize your menù on your taste.
An evening in the company of wines and good food, three local wines in combination with three traditionals tuscan dishes.
A young and fresh chianti to start, exalted by the combination with a selection of tuscan cheeses, high quality cured meats and tasty bruschetta.
The second taste involves the combination of a full bodied red wine, such as a reserve chianti, with a plate of fresh pasta.
We suggest a pasta with a strong taste like a sauce made by local wild boar.
At the end of the experience, the artisan vinsanto. This is definitely the most rapresentative of tuscan dessert wines and we like to suggest the combination with a delicious Tiramisù.

COOKING SHOW AND DINNER
An intresting and funny taste of the most typical tuscan recipes.
To begin, we will prepare together a surprising and simple cold summer salad called Panzanella.
Is a way to use the tuscan artisan bread and the fresh seasonal organic vegetables, directly from the vegetable garden.
Flavoured with local extra virgin olive oil and excellent vinegar.
After the panzanella , start the fresh pasta lab.
Your chef show you how to prepare noodles and stuffed pasta.
To appreciate the taste of fresh pasta we will prepare a simple dressing like the pesto sauce.
At the end of the show, an easy and sweet lesson about one of the most famous italian dessert, the Tiramisù.
